🤔 Medium Rejected Me from the Partner Program…

What Did They Know That I Didn’t?

So, I applied to Medium’s Partner Program, thinking that my writing skills were good enough to make the cut. But nope, I got rejected faster than a first date who won’t stop talking about their ex. 😂

At first, I was like, “What the heck? My writing is awesome! Maybe Medium just doesn’t like my profile picture.” So, I changed my picture to a cute doggo, thinking that it would increase my chances of getting accepted. 🐶

But still, no luck. Medium didn’t want to partner up with me. And you know what? That’s okay. Maybe they saw something in my writing that I didn’t. Maybe they were trying to save me from the endless sea of cat memes and click bait articles. Or maybe they just wanted to teach me a lesson in humility. 😜

Either way, I’m not giving up on my dream of becoming a successful writer. I’ll just have to find other ways to share my words of wisdom and humor with the world. Maybe I’ll start my own blog, or try to get published in a different publication. Who knows, maybe someday Medium will come crawling back, begging me to join their Partner Program. And I’ll be like, “Sorry, Medium, I’ve moved on.” 🤷‍♀️

So, to all my fellow rejected writers out there, don’t give up. Keep writing, keep trying, and keep being your awesome selves. And who knows, maybe someday we’ll be laughing all the way to the bank. 💰
